We work collaboratively to identify challenges, develop coping skills, and create sustainable change. Theoretical Frameworks: - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Focuses on identifying negative thought patterns, understanding their impact on emotions and behaviors, and developing healthier, more adaptive thinking. - Solution-Focused Therapy: Emphasizes strengths and resources, helping clients create actionable steps toward their preferred future. Areas of Focus: - Anxiety and Depression Management - Stress and Burnout - Self-Esteem and Personal Growth - Life Transitions and Adjustment - ADHD and Executive Functioning Support Insurances Accepted: United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield/ Anthem, Oscar, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Ambetter, Humana, Kaiser, Peachstate, Wellcare, Quest, Carelon, Horizon Private Pay: $95 per session
